The product coming out of the conditioning room is coated with starch. Before the product is coated with sugar or oil, it must be cleaned of the starch. The starch is removed by blowing pressurized air onto the product. The conveyor speed of the machine can be increased or decreased. To facilitate the cleaning of smaller quantities of products, the air blowing distance can be easily adjusted.
