MARSHMALLOW PRODUCTION LINE

Marshmallow  different varieties, colors, and sizes can be produced.

Production Line has a capacity of 500 kg per hour.

Products can be produced in twisted or straight forms, single-color or four-color.

From cooking to packaging, the entire process is KUTZER’s production.

After the raw materials are cooked, they are cooled and enter the aerator to reduce their density. The amount of color and flavor can be adjusted independently. Then, dextrose is sprinkled on the top and bottom of the product. The product coated with dextrose is cut by a guillotine, cleaned of excess dextrose in the vibration and drum, and then sent for packaging.
