Jelly Production Line

For gelatin-based products, the dosing process is as follows:

Grovamat Tank Preparation:
Add 45 kg of product to 1 Grovamat tank.
Simultaneously, add 1.6 kg of acid.

Aroma and Color Addition:
Transfer 50-100 grams of aroma into the 2-liter dosing tanks.
Add 360 grams of color to the same 2-liter dosing tanks.

Mixing:
Both the aroma and color are then transferred to the 50-liter Grovamat tank for mixing.
