OIL COATING DRUM
After removing the starch from the product, if the product is not to be coated with sugar, it is coated with oil. The product enters the oil coating drum and starts to rotate inside the drum. When the product exits the drum, it comes out with a shiny, oil-coated surface. Since the product will be oil-coated, there is no need to apply steam beforehand; instead, it is cleaned of starch with an air jet and then transferred directly to the oil coating section.
The drum can be easily moved to the desired location thanks to its rotating and braking wheels.
