EXTRUDER
The extruder is a specially designed twin-screw machine that rotates in reverse directions. It features a heating system with resistors and cooling with cold water, maintaining continuous temperature control.
A high-strength, fully stainless steel chassis supports the hopper and screws.
In this cooking system, the water released is separated from the product via a vacuum.
Before entering the extruder, the product passes through a filter to prevent foreign metals from entering the extruder.
A flowmeter attached to the extruder allows monitoring of the amount of product passing through and being cooked.
