OIL MELTING
Melted and prepared oil is used in the recipe tank.
In this reservoir, designed by KUTZER, fat blocks are quickly brought to the desired consistency and made ready for use.
Hot water at 65-70 degrees Celsius is supplied to the jacket to bring the oil to the desired consistency.
