SINGLE LAYER COOLING TUNNEL
In licorice production, the temperature and humidity of the product are critical. Since the product is packaged directly without being held, it is essential to maintain the necessary conditions. Failure to do so can result in undesirable effects on the product’s shelf life and structural integrity.
This tunnel functions as a secondary tunnel. After the product is coated with sugar, this tunnel ensures the product reaches the desired humidity and temperature. KUTZER prioritizes the insulation of these tunnels.
The tunnel is equipped with 8 glass intervention doors for accessing the product.
Central and dehumidification units are mounted on top of the tunnels to avoid taking up space.
It is a single-layer tunnel with a 840 mm wide non-stick conveyor.
The interior of the tunnel is easy to clean, and water is easily drained.
