Licorice Production Line
SUGAR SANDING MACHINE
The sugar coating of licorice is a separate process. Acid and sugar are mixed homogeneously, and then the licorice product is coated on both the top and bottom.
The licorice first enters the steam section, where its outer surfaces are made sticky. Following this, it is coated with sugar and acid.
When sugar levels in the upper hopper decrease, the vacuum system automatically activates to replenish the sugar and acid stock.
A vibration system is used to achieve a higher quality and more homogeneous coating.
